Terms of Use

Last updated: November 4, 2026

1. About the service

OnMore connects professionals and clients: the personal trainer or gym builds the workout program and the client trains guided by the app. It is developed and operated by Code Cacto.

2. Account and eligibility

To use OnMore you need to create an account with truthful information and keep your password confidential — what happens on your account is your responsibility.

The service is not intended for anyone under 13 years old.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful purposes only. Attempting to exploit security flaws, reverse engineering with malicious intent, automating access in a way that degrades the service, or using it in a way that harms other people is prohibited.

4. Plans and billing

There are two payment paths. In the app, the subscription is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, and billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by the store. On the website, payment is made on the payment gateway's secure page, outside our servers — by card, with no card data passing through us.

5. Your data

How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service up and running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance, third-party failures and connection issues happen.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app. We may suspend access in case of violation of these terms, or non-payment — notifying you beforehand whenever possible. When you request deletion, your account will be permanently deleted after 30 days. During that period, the account is locked, the data is kept and you can change your mind by signing in again.

8. Free trial in the app

Paid plans subscribed in the app may include a 7-day free trial, offered by the store (App Store or Google Play) under the conditions shown before purchase. Subscriptions on the website have no trial period.

9. Definitions

Professional is whoever uses the platform to serve clients: an independent personal trainer or a gym. Gym is the gym-type account, which can serve clients directly or through personal trainers on its team. Team means the personal trainers registered by the gym to serve its clients.

10. Gym accounts and team

The gym is responsible for the access it creates, for its team's use of the platform and for billing its own clients. The client's membership fee is agreed between the client and the gym; arrangements between the gym and its trainers are outside the platform.

The platform plan is contracted and paid through the gym's account, which is responsible for it, including the team's access.

When a team trainer leaves or is deactivated, they lose access to the platform and the clients they were responsible for stay with the gym, which can assign them to another trainer.

11. Roles in processing clients' data

The Professional (independent trainer or gym) is the controller of the data of the clients they register or invite (including health questionnaire and physical assessment): they decide what that data is used for. The platform, operated by CodeCacto, acts as processor, handling it only to provide the service to the Professional.

The Professional undertakes to process that data only to follow the client's training, to inform the client about that processing and to answer the client's requests about their own data. At a gym, the gym is the controller: team trainers process clients' data under its responsibility. When the relationship ends, the Professional loses access to that client's health information on the platform.

12. Changes
