Health questionnaire before the first workout
The health questionnaire is the first thing the client answers. The default template already includes the PAR-Q and the acceptance of the liability waiver when there's a “yes” answer, plus questions about routine, history and goals. You can create your own templates — one for people returning from injury, another for pregnant clients, another for older adults — with yes/no, single choice, multiple choice, number and text questions.
Old templates aren't lost: instead of deleting, you archive them, and existing answers stay linked to them.
Three ways for the client to answer
Every client arrives differently, and the questionnaire adapts:
- In the app: the client receives the questionnaire and answers on the phone, with big yes and no buttons.
- By link: you send the link on WhatsApp or by email, even to someone still deciding to train with you. For a registered client, the link asks for the date of birth before opening.
- Together with you: during an in-person assessment, you fill it in on the portal while talking to the client.
Answers from people who aren't clients yet stay in “Lead answers” until you link them to a client.

Body assessment with the math done
In the body assessment you type in skinfolds and measurements, and OnMore does the math. Skinfold protocols include Jackson-Pollock 3 and 7 sites, Guedes 3 sites and Faulkner 4 sites. Weight, height, BMI, circumferences and waist-to-hip ratio come along.
Each assessment is kept in the client's history, with its date. At the reassessment, you compare with the previous one and show the progress — the kind of conversation that keeps a client in month three, when motivation usually drops.
Health data treated as health data
Questionnaires and assessments are sensitive data. Only you and the client see the answers; the public link expires, and answers from people who didn't become clients are deleted after a set period. The platform doesn't use this data for anything other than the coaching.
