Many clients, one brand to look after
A gym doesn't build workouts client by client and doesn't want its members opening an app that looks like someone else's company. What it needs is to standardize workouts, bring in the client list it already has and keep its own identity in everything the client sees.
That's why, at sign-up, you choose between “Personal trainer” and “Gym”. Choosing gym, the portal and the app speak the language of someone running a busy space: templates to reuse, bulk import and one brand, applied from end to end.
Your gym's brand in everything the client sees
You upload the logo, pick one of 10 palettes and, if you like, set a free accent color, the exact color of your sign. The system calculates the contrast so text stays readable on the color you chose. Your identity shows up in four places:
- In the client app, with your gym's logo and colors in place of the platform's identity.
- In the client portal, for those who prefer following the workout on a computer.
- In the emails the system sends, such as the client's access email.
- In the workout PDF, for the client who likes to print the plan.
When the gym changes its brand, you change it once in the portal and it applies to all of this.

Workout templates for the whole gym
Build a workout template once in the portal builder, with sets, load, rest, bi-set, drop-set and circuit, and copy it to whoever needs it. A single action sends the template to up to 500 clients; it is sent in batches, with a progress bar on screen, and if a batch fails you see who received it and resume only for those who are missing.
Each client gets their own copy, so the instructor adjusts the load or swaps an exercise without touching anyone else's workout. The template stays saved for the next group, organized in folders.
- Templates by goal: beginners, hypertrophy, weight loss, seniors.
- Copy to up to 500 selected clients at once.
- Individual adjustment after copying, without changing the template.
- “View as client” before publishing.
Bring your clients in from a spreadsheet
If you already have your client list in a spreadsheet, you don't have to type them one by one. Upload the CSV or XLSX file, match the columns, check the preview and import. Before saving, the system shows the rows with problems, such as an invalid email or a missing field, and at the end it gives you a report of what was rejected and why.
Each imported client gets a temporary password and an access email carrying the gym's brand. At first login they change the password and find the app ready to receive their workout.

The gym coaches clients directly
Today the gym itself looks after clients through the portal: it assigns workouts, follows attendance, runs physical assessments, controls monthly fees and talks to the client, all in the gym's account. You don't need to register any personal trainer to get started.
Besides coaching clients directly, the gym registers the team's personal trainers, each with their own client list, while the owner keeps seeing everything. The Gym plan puts no limit on the number of trainers.
How much it costs for a gym
The gym price follows the tier of active students: the more students training, the higher the tier, and each tier has a fixed price. Unlimited trainers on your team and the gym's branding are included in every tier.
Six-month and yearly cost less per month: 10% and 20% below monthly. The subscription is charged to your card and renews automatically; the amount follows the tier of your active students.

Gym FAQ
Is OnMore for gyms or only for personal trainers?
It's for both. At sign-up you choose “Personal trainer” or “Gym”. The gym uses its brand in the client app and portal, creates workout templates, imports clients from a spreadsheet and coaches clients directly through the portal.
Do clients see my gym's brand?
Yes. The logo and colors appear in the client app, the client portal, the emails the system sends and the workout PDF. You choose from 10 palettes and can set a free accent color.
How many clients can receive a workout template?
Up to 500 clients at once. It is sent in batches, with progress on screen, and each client gets their own copy to adjust individually.
How do I import the clients I already have?
In the portal, under Clients, with a CSV or XLSX spreadsheet. You check the preview, the system creates a login with a temporary password for each client and sends the access email. Rejected rows appear in a report.
Can I register my gym's personal trainers?
Not yet: registering personal trainers, each with their own client list and the owner seeing everything, is coming soon. Today the gym coaches clients directly through the portal.
How much is the gym plan?
The gym plan and price aren't defined yet. Talk to us on WhatsApp to find out how it works for your operation, or create the free account to explore the portal.
Does the client need to download a different app?
No. It's the same app for everyone; it changes identity according to the client's gym. The workout even runs offline and is sent when the connection returns.
My gym already uses another system. Can I migrate?
You can bring your client list by exporting a CSV or XLSX spreadsheet from your current system and importing it into OnMore. You recreate the workouts once in the builder, as templates.
