Why build the workout on a computer
Building a whole program on your phone, between one client and the next, is slow and error-prone. In OnMore the builder lives in the web portal: big screen, keyboard and the exercise list at your side. What you publish reaches the client app right away, organized by workout (A, B, C or whatever name you choose).
Each exercise stores the sets, reps, load and rest. When the program calls for it, load and reps change from one set to the next — for example, 1 × 12 at 30 kg and 1 × 10 at 32 kg — and the client sees exactly that when training.
Methods the builder understands
The method becomes an instruction for the client, not a loose note at the end of the sheet:
- Supersets, tri-sets and giant sets of up to 8 exercises, counted in sets and numbered A1, A2, A3.
- Drop sets, with the load dropping at each stage.
- Circuits with rounds and transition rest between rounds.
- A note per exercise: the form cue you'd give standing next to the client.
During the workout, the app says “no rest — go to A2” in the middle of a superset and only starts the timer when the block ends.

Templates: one program's work serves many clients
Trainers with many clients repeat structures: hypertrophy for beginners, fat loss, return after injury. Save any program as a template, organize templates in folders and, when a new client arrives, start from the template and adjust only what changes. You can also copy a program to several clients at once.
Before publishing, use “view as client” to check the workout exactly as it will appear on the phone. Published programs are versioned: if you adjust mid-month, the client sees the new version and the load history stays intact.
Planned vs. done, set by set
The workout doesn't end at the prescription. During the session, the client adjusts the reps actually done with a tap. In the portal you see planned next to done, with a clear sign when they fell short — the moment to review the load or reps.
An exercise library searchable by muscle, equipment and type, your own exercises with your own muscle groups and categories, and spreadsheet import help you build in your vocabulary, not the system's.
What people usually ask
Do I have to give up my way of prescribing?
No. The builder accepts your split, your workout names and your exercises. You just stop typing the same thing every week.
What about the client who prefers paper?
Turn on the PDF option in the program and they download the workout to print. Clients who train through the app get the rest timer and load tracking.
