How it works, step by step
You found a good workout on YouTube — yours, a colleague's or a channel you recommend — and want to give it to a client without typing every exercise. The import does that part:
- In Programs, choose “Import from YouTube” and paste the video link. If it's for a specific client, pick the client on the same screen.
- The AI watches the video, identifies the exercises and looks up each one in the OnMore library.
- In a few moments a draft program appears, with the video title and the recognized exercises.
- You open the draft in the builder, adjust sets, load and rest like any program, and publish when it's the way you want.
You review before anything happens
What the AI builds is always a draft. It never goes to the client on its own: it stays in your programs until you open it, check it and publish. Imported for a client, the draft belongs to that client's program; imported without a client, it becomes a template in your library, ready to copy to anyone.
An exercise the AI couldn't find in the library is not made up: it shows up on a separate list, with the name it understood from the video, so you pick the equivalent or leave it out.
Try it with a video you already use
Create a free account, paste the link and see the draft ready in the builder.
Clients can suggest too
Every trainer has received a video on WhatsApp asking “can I do this one?”. In the app, the client pastes the YouTube link and the suggestion reaches you as a draft, with their name on it. You decide: use it, adjust it or discard it.
You are still the one who programs. A client's suggestion never enters their workout without your approval.
What the import does not do
So you know exactly what to expect:
- It doesn't publish anything on its own: the draft waits for your review.
- It doesn't create new exercises in the library: anything unrecognized is left for you to pick.
- It can't read private, removed or age-restricted videos.
- It rejects videos that don't show a workout, and tells you why.
- There is a daily import limit per account.
Questions about importing from YouTube
Does it work with any YouTube video?
It works with public workout videos. Private, removed or age-restricted videos can't be read, and a video that doesn't show a workout is rejected with the reason.
Do I need to check what the AI built?
Yes, by design: the result is always a draft. It only reaches the client after you open it in the builder and publish.
Can clients import a workout on their own?
They can suggest one. The suggestion reaches you as a draft and only becomes their workout if you approve it.
Where is the import?
In the trainer portal, under Programs, and in the OnMore app. Clients suggest from their own app.
How many imports can I do?
There is a daily import limit per account. Once you reach it, importing is available again the next day.
