Questions about the plans
Can I start free and change plans later?
Yes. The Free plan needs no card. When your roster grows, you pick a plan in the portal and carry on where you left off, with the same clients and programs.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. The client app is free on every plan, with no in-app purchases. What you charge your clients is between you and them.
How does billing work?
You subscribe in the trainer portal, by credit card, and it renews every cycle: monthly, every six months or yearly. The six-month and yearly plans cost less per month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription can be cancelled in the portal, with no penalty.
What is different about the Brand plan?
The client app opens with your logo, your colors and your studio's cover, your page gets its own address and there is no limit on active clients.
