Clients pay you directly
The platform doesn't receive the client's payment or charge a fee on it. Clients keep paying the way they always have — instant transfer, cash, card on your terminal, bank transfer — and OnMore handles the tedious part: remembering who owes, when it's due and what's already paid.
In the client's record you set the amount, the period (monthly, six-monthly or yearly), the due day and the date of the first charge. From then on, invoices are created automatically, one per period.
The monthly fees screen
One list with everything that matters at the end of the month:
- Filter by status: open, overdue, paid and cancelled.
- Search by client name or username and by due date range.
- Days late next to each overdue invoice.
- Mark as paid in one click, with method and date — and undo it if you marked it by mistake.
- Add a one-off invoice when the arrangement falls outside the plan.
Stop tracking payments in your head
Add your clients, set each one's plan and see the overdue ones on a single screen.
Automatic WhatsApp reminders
Connect your WhatsApp with the QR code and turn on the fee reminders: three days before the due date, on the day and the day after, for those who haven't paid. The text is yours and can have variations so it doesn't sound like a robot. Anyone who replies STOP no longer receives them.
Charging stops being an awkward conversation you keep putting off: the reminder goes out at the right time, from your number, and you only step in when needed.
Access pause for late payment
If you want, set after how many days late the client's access to the workout is paused (1 to 90). When you mark the invoice as paid, access returns immediately. It's optional, client by client: anyone with a different arrangement stays out.
For your own finances, the Finances screen brings together the month's income and expenses, already adding the paid fees.
Common questions
Do I need to open a digital bank account?
No. Payments keep going where they go today. The app only keeps track.
Is there a fee per payment?
No. You only pay the OnMore subscription, for the plan you choose.
